The rewards can be phenomenal, it won’t be easy and you can expect your first year to be one of learning the ropes, listening and rapidly taking on information.
Subsisting on a low basic wage of £18k – £22k you can typically expect to earn £30k – £45k in your first year (On Target Earnings)
By your 2nd and 3rd year in the right organisation you can push your OTE to £60,000 and in excess of £100,000 respectively
